Savoring a Moment
I’m taking a class with Vivienne McMaster, Be Your Own Beloved. It’s about “seeing ourselves with kindness through our cameras.”
This is only the first week into this class and I feel already like I’ve opened myself up to a whole new place within myself of creativity and exploration of parts of me that I haven’t touched.
Today’s assignment is about savoring a moment and exploring the feelings that we experience in that moment.
For me that moment is when I’m in my sacred alone. When I am in the quiet of the morning hours and I feel myself, I feel my body, I feel my higher self, I feel the energy that is in me and around me. I love these times the most, they don’t happen so clearly every day, but when they do, ahhh they are the most precious to me.
What moments do you savor? What moments make you feel most at peace and connected?
Blessings

Morning alone in meditation is my favourite too. Right after I have my coffee!

Walking alone in the forest, with no-one else around me…absolutely sacred and heavenly. Big happy sigh.
