How to Give Yourself a Sweeter Day

Remember you are awesome!

Embrace yourself.

Be kind to yourself.

Give yourself a break.

awesome1

You don’t need to do it all in one day.

You don’t have to be a perfectionist all the time.

You don’t have to accomplish your to do list all in one day.

You can let go a bit and allow yourself to just be.

And put your feet up.

Give yourself 30 minutes of some – me – time.

Have a cup of chi or coffee or whatever makes you say ahhhhhhhhh.

Breathe.

Do something that brings joy into your body.

Walk barefoot on the grass.

Just stare out the window.

Read a few words from your favorite book.

Doodle.

Meditate.

Dance.

Or, just do nothing at all.

Just be.

Remember – YOU ARE AWESOME!

Sweet Blessings

  1. Such a good reminder and ideas, which can be hard to think of when we’re overwhelmed or distracted. Now to put those into action… Wonderful post, Masha, and I hope you’re keeping as well as possible this week  ♥

    1. Thank you Caz, and I hope you do put them into action, even just 15 minutes of something that will bring you joy, will make a difference, it will shift how you see things in your day. And thank you for your good wish, I am really well. Have a beautiful day. ❤
