Using the Law of the Universe

The law of the universe states that what you place your focus and attention on will multiply.

Every day place your attention on being grateful, even if what is showing up in front of you may not be in all rational ways anything that you could consider grateful.  If someone cuts you off on the road, just think about it, you’re not hurt, it could have been worse, so be grateful.  I am grateful that I am safe, and let it go.

gratefulness

Or, have you noticed that when something goes wrong and you focus on the wrong only more wrong things follow and than at the end of the day you say, what a day everything went wrong, first this happened and than I got late to the meeting, and… it was just one of those days where everything went wrong.

When something happens and you think about it, and you carry it with you and you’re giving it attention and you’re mad about it, what you’re doing is you’re now in a lower vibration and as you’re holding on to that energy it’s like you’re telling the universe, yes, I want more of this.  And from here more things appear for you to continue in that same low vibration.

So, when something goes not your way, find something about it to be grateful for, or just let it go and say to yourself, everything is working out perfectly for me today.  Thank you universe.

I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Blessings

    1. Me too Brigid, I’ve learned so much and still learning, I don’t think that will ever stop, and thank you for mentioning Rhonda Byrne’s book The Magic, I need to re-read that. ❤

  1. I can do that too much, ruminating over something negative or stressful and I find it hard to let it go sometimes. Especially if it’s something that needs to be resolved, as opposed to something I could more quickly move on from. The law of attraction suggests you’re basically telling the universe, as you said, to give you more of the same, so that’s something I’m going to have to think about more often. Giving out good vibes and not thinking and dwelling on the negatives and frustrations (which can be all the small, silly ones that build up every day) quite as much.
I hope the week ahead treats you kindly, Masha  ♥ xx

    1. Ruminating over something negative and finding it hard to let go, has taken me a long time to be able to turn it around, and I still find myself doing it at times. The thing that helps me is to become conscious of my thoughts, once I realize my thoughts I ask myself how else can I look at this and resolve it. Journaling about it gets it all out of my head and lets me see more clearly. Thank you for your kind words, blessings to you dear Caz ❤

  2. GREAT POST! The Universe truly gives you more of what you are thankful for OR what you dwell on you don’t like. There are a few things I don’t like such as a flat tire or a dead battery. Instead of complaining, I always give thanks for the air pump and a way to have the tire fixed and for the battery charger. As the old saying goes, “turn your frowns upsidedown.” We should pray for more awareness to notice all the things we can be thankful for. The more we are thankful, the more we will have to be thankful for. I hope you are well, my friend. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Love your response, and do you find that in those instances when you give thanks instead of complaining, that things do work out much easier? Everything falls into place and goes smoothly and works out perfectly? I hope you are well also, thank you for your comment. ❤
