Sometimes we get so comfortable in our ways, in our habits, in our same thoughts that we don’t want any change, we want to stay in the same comfy of the familiar, like being wrapped up in an old familiar blanket.
But the thing is that if we resist anything new and we don’t invite change into our life and we stay closed minded to any new ideas and possibilities, we’re not opening new doors within and growing.
Have an awesome weekend!
Blessings

I used to have a friend who’d say, “Stop walking down the same street and expecting a different view.” Aptly said!

This really makes me stop and thing because having anxiety there’s a lot of stuff I don’t do that I want to. I need to just do it! Not sit and think about it, which makes my anxiety worse. Sometimes change can be a very good thing. 🙂

Michelle, if I may suggest, start with one thing that you want to do and think about it, what’s the worst that can happen? you’ll fail? so what who cares, so you’ll try something else or you’ll try a different way. There is nothing wrong in failure there is wrong in not trying.
The other thing that you may want to do is get conscious of the thoughts that are in your mind when you feel anxious and replace them with positive uplifting thoughts. And this response is a perfect example, this is my third response, this is what I wanted to say but the first two I deleted because I was anxious about saying this. Well I did it and it feels good to me 🙂 and I hope it makes a difference to you. ❤
