There’s no question in my mind that I am now opening up to a higher level of conscious awareness, and that I’m transitioning into a higher place. Actually I’m already in this higher place. And in this higher awareness I have the ability to heal myself and others in a deeper greater way. And for this I need the support of – strength energy.
The Strength card came to remind me that I have this energy within me and I’m being guided to summon it for this new journey I’m on. Strength is the energy that I’m to lean on and walk with on this new path, it will support me on this journey of a higher conscious awareness.
I think sometimes we forget that we have this energy within us, and that we can summon it anytime.
This is a reminder that Strength is within you, that you’re not alone and you do have all the support you need. Call on it, bring it out to the surface. You may need it because you’re going through a physical challenge. Or, starting a new endeavor, a new job, ending a relationship, or are scared to make the change you know you need to make. Or, you may be in a time of transition. Whatever it is, you have the Strength energy within you, lean on it, let it support you. If you believe in angels, spirit guides, or any other cosmic beings, call on them to help you access your Strength energy. It will serve in your healing and on your journey.
The energy of Strength within you is unlimited, and you can draw on it for support at anytime to bring balance and wellbeing to yourself.

The world could use more women of strength! Glad you’re taking the time to fill your tanks, Masha.

I know you will like the book, the author has a relationship with the bees that is different from the conventional. Thank you for your lovely comment. ❤

Such an empowering reminder, I think we could all do with re-reading this from time to time as too often we can forget and doubt we have the strength. I saw your kind comment on my blog post – I’m sorry you’ve been through so much with another surgery recently, too. Do you mind me asking how things will be for you now, is it hopefully to repair/improve bladder function..? It’s wonderful to hear you’re recovering well, so I hope you’re able to get plenty of rest and keep those positive thoughts coming. Sending lots of hugs & best wishes your way ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Hello Caz, thank you for your kind words. The surgery itself was a breeze and I had no pain from it. What I have is called Interstitial Cystitis, there is no cure for it, and it can be controlled with food or a pill, and I’d rather control it with food. Certain foods aggravate the bladder, foods that are very acidy, spicy foods, caffinated foods like coffee and chocolate 😦 So in other words everything I love I can’t eat LOL . I hope you are well, you look great in the picture you posted. Hugs to you ❤

I can see your preference over wanting to do the more natural or dietary ways than medications. I’m just sorry you’ve got to deal with IC and that a lot of foods you love cause problems. I have issues with my bladder & find it frustrating, but at least it’s not affected by food/drink, so I count myself lucky. Have you had it for years, do you think it was ever triggered by anything? You obviously don’t have to answer my nosy questions! I just hope you continue to recover well and get plenty of rest ♥ xxxx
