There are times when I really question all that I know, and I get stuck in a place where I just don’t believe that I can, or that I am, and what I know. Your inner Goddess rocks, Masha! And she’s absolutely right. I think we can often we our own worst enemies, not only critical of ourselves but doubtful and uncertain. Developing a sense of trust in ourselves can be very empowering, and as you say, looking inside is where we’ll realise we have all the answers.
