Happiness starts with the way you feel about yourself.
When you don’t feel love for yourself you can’t be happy.
When you’re constantly judging and criticizing yourself,
when you’re always picking yourself apart,
when you don’t give to yourself,
when you don’t make yourself important,
when you’re always putting yourself down,
giving yourself ugly thoughts,
when you don’t feel worthy,
deserving, beautiful…
You cannot be happy no matter how hard you try – to be happy you need to come from a loving yourself place within.
Blessings

I don’t know about you but I’ve jumped on the decluttering bandwagon and I love it. I’m in the process of decluttering and with every clearing I’m feeling more of that Ahhhhhh! feeling that fills me with lightness and joy, it’s magical.

My parents were Holocaust survivors, I grew up hearing of the horrors they lived through. In their effort to protect me, they unknowingly instilled all their fears into me. As a child I didn’t understand the meaning of the words, but I felt their pain. Each word my mother spoke landed inside the very core of me. I internalized beliefs and fears about me, life and God that didn’t belong to me. And I lived by them.
