Yes, how perfect for “Clarity” to show up today reminding us to clear out negative energies that are holding us back from knowing the truth of who we are, and living a sweeter life. As we near the end of this year, it’s a really good practice to get “clarity” and ready ourselves to open to and bring into ourselves higher vibrational energies.
To open up to a higher level of consciousness we have to let go of the lower energies that are holding us back and blocking us.

Some of the lower energies that are stopping us are fear, and anger, and pain, that we carry around with us, sometimes for years. A question to ask is – why am I holding on to this fear? What is stopping me from letting go of it? How can I be if I release it? How will I feel without fear, or pain, or anger that I’ve been carrying around? Start slowly and gently, with compassion for yourself, you can do it, you can let go and release, and free your body, your mind, and your soul.
The more we clear out these negative energies the more “clarity” we will gain and that opens the doorway to living in higher vibrations of consciousness.
And as we reach higher levels of consciousness we find the beauty of who we truly are.

Creating a mindful pause and stopping for just a moment to take in the beauty that surrounds you every day, is a great way to let yourself drift into the moment and allow it to fill you with magic, and take you out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary of the everyday. You can make it an intention to mindfully find and admire something every day. A tree, a flower, a bench, a person, the way the sky looks, a child playing, the chirping of the birds, a swing in a park,…it can be anything, a rock on the ground. But whatever it is for you, make a mindful pause part of your must for the day. It will create a positive change in the way you feel.
