I sometimes post to my FB account (here) and to my Instagram account (here) but I don’t share it here with you. So, I decided to share with you this, note to myself, because sometimes I tend to forget how POWERFUL I am.
I AM VALUABLE – BRAVE – COURAGEOUS!!!
I’ve written it out on sticky notes and placed one on my fridge, one on my computer, and one on my bathroom mirror so I can see it throughout the day, first thing in the morning when I wake, and last thing at night before going to bed.
