Sometimes a word just shows up like out of nowhere and it stays with me, it’s there in my thoughts all the time, and I can feel it in my body. This is the universe letting me know that hey, pay attention, this word is what you need right now, accept it, open up to it, let it guide you.
‘Purpose’ showed up over a week ago and it’s taken a hold of me, so I’m doing just that, I’m accepting it as my guiding word for the rest of this year, and maybe longer.

‘Purpose’ made me realize that more than half the year is gone and mostly I have been procrastinating and I’ve done almost nothing of the intentions I had set for myself at the beginning of this year.
The first thing I’m doing is, calling out procrastination and calling in purpose.
So, even though more than half the year has gone by, it’s not too late to make some changes, review this past year, decide what I want to keep and what I want to let go of, and what new I want to bring in.
This week I’m doing a review of what I want for the rest of the year, setting a couple of goals and trying to find a way to hold myself accountable. And the best way I know how to do this is, by asking myself questions in my journal.
What am I most grateful for this year.
What can I do to keep myself motivated.
What have I learned so far.
What do I want to change.
What do I want to let go of.
What do I want more of.
What new do I want.
What has filled me with joy.
What accomplishments am I proud of.
I feel re-inspired and for the rest of the year I want to live with ‘purpose’ in the forefront, living intentional and drinking in the deliciousness of what every day holds out.
How about you, do you have a new word, are you doing a mid-year review? I’d love to hear from you.
Blessings

Love this post, Masha! Living with purpose is where our power is. I can see why having this word appear has had an impact. I love the graphic you created for it too, very pretty
I love how you described the deliciousness of the everyday life. It’s true, when we focus on all that we are grateful for, and live with intention, as a result, a whole new world opens up. Our ‘vision’ becomes clear, we become purpose driven people, and our hearts explode with joy.
Thanks for reminding us all just how amazing life can be when living on purpose. Blessings to you. ♥️

“when we focus on all that we are grateful for, and live with intention, as a result, a whole new world opens up. Our ‘vision’ becomes clear, we become purpose driven people, and our hearts explode with joy.” What a beautiful way of describing ‘purpose’, I love this. Thank you Holly for your mind expanding words. And thank you for liking my graphic, I had 2 different versions and my granddaughter chose this one 🙂 I’m so happy for your comment, deep gratitude, blessings xoxo ❤

This is so inspiring!! I needed this because I’ve been putting off so much the past few months. I feel like I should be doing so much more, but I’m just so unmotivated. Thank you for inspiring me to meet my goals before the end of the year!! ❤️

This year is kicking butt LOL I think a lot of us are in the same place, hard to get and stay motivated, I know I am. I’m not putting pressure on myself, whatever I can do I’ll do, but I’m re-inspired with this word ‘purpose’ and I’m happy these words are inspiring you too. xoxo ❤
