Hello everyone, hope you’re well. Here’s a little something to consider.
Mostly we don’t pay attention to our thoughts, we just have the same thoughts repeating themselves day after day, over and over in our mind, but the thing is that
every thought matters
every thought creates a feeling
every feeling creates an experience and
every experience dictates our every action, which is directly linked to our thought.
The result is that this is our life.
If we want different results, if we want change, we have to start with paying attention to our thoughts.
Change your thoughts and change your life.

This is the crux of CBT, and it’s true that our thoughts can be incredibly powerful. Sometimes a different perspective can make all the difference, or a reframing of our thoughts. It’s a good reminder to pay attention to these processes and look to change them because even small changes can make a big difference to how we feel and how we go about our days. I love that last sentence! Years ago I thought nothing but negative thoughts about everything. I had to learn to change my mindset and now I’m much happier. ❤️

That’s great Michelle. For me too, I was 50 years old when I found out about my negative thoughts and started to change them and my life has completely turned around. Thank you for being here, stay well xoxo
