Ways to Simplify

Slow down.

Declutter.

Set boundaries.  Say yes, only to what you really mean yes to.

Accept to love yourself without guilt or shame.

Let go of what doesn’t matter.

Let go of what’s not yours to worry over.

Let go of other people’s drama.

simplify

Liberate yourself and let go of limiting beliefs.  Weed them out and let go of them, and  take that first step towards freedom.

You choose – decide to be healthy, happy, prosperous, worthy, deserving, loving…

Have gratitude for the little things, even the ones you think are meaningless.

You cannot get to your true self while you’re covered up with overwhelm.

Live consciously.

Create an easy morning routine that supports you.

When you simplify your life you’ll gain more energy, you’ll remove extra mental and physical clutter, you’ll feel lighter, you’ll gain space and time.  You’ll be opening doors to your own inner self.

Simplify your days, simplify your life.  Make room for your true self to shine.

Love to hear your thoughts.

Blessings

  1. I definitely need to do this; I feel like I’m drowning with “stuff”, endless worries and to-do lists, constant overthinking and stressing. Stuff stuff stuff, and it’s overwhelming. It’s like a breath of fresh air to read this post  ♥

    1. Dear Caz, I know the feeling well 🙂 I wrote a great article for The Inspired Guide magazine which is out this month in issue #9, “Decluttering for an AHHHHHH!!! Feeling.” I’ll be publishing it here on my blog next month, but in the meantime if you’d like to read it you can find it here at, https://www.theinspiredguide.nz/post/the-inspired-guide-issue-9. I’m on page 84. I can tell you from experience that, decluttering and simplifying, has made a huge difference in my life in all areas. Thank you for your beautiful comment, I’m happy that it inspired you, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Here’s to happy simplifying YEAH!!! xoxo

  2. Congratulations on the publication, Masha! Did they pay you for your post? They should 😉 It’s excellent. I like your son’s method that you mentioned, of getting rid of a shirt when he buys a new one: one in, one out. I started doing that with mugs (because I have a ‘thing’ for mugs and after you fill up a whole cupboard you know you’ve got to start getting rid to make some space!) I definitely get that aaah feeling when decluttering. I really, really enjoy decluttering. But what happens if you ever finish it and don’t have anything left to declutter? I guess you’ll be less stressed, and thus less needing the process of decluttering. I think I’ve answered my own question. xxxxx

    1. OMG Caz, LOL I’m cracking up “But what happens if you ever finish it and don’t have anything left to declutter? I guess you’ll be less stressed, and thus less needing the process of decluttering. I think I’ve answered my own question.” LOL
Thank you for your kind words, no I didn’t get paid, my son actually said the same thing 🙂 but I’m happy to share this message.
It was actually my son who got me started on decluttering with what he said about the shirt, and I’m still in the process of decluttering.
Super happy you liked my article. Thank you so much for reading it. ❤
