My Daily Magical Ritual

Happy Valentine everyone.

Here’s a daily ritual I love to start the day with that empowers me, cleanses and feels magical. This practice connects me to myself and universal forces.

I light a candle and incense for me and for all the celestial beings who are with me. I burn organic white sage, and smudge myself to remove negative energies and release any spirits who have attached themselves to me who are not of the highest of light and love.

I say –
Into the smoke I release all energies that do not serve me
All negativity that surrounds me
All thoughts that limit me
All fears that limit me
I release all spirits who have attached themselves to me, who are not of the highest of light and the highest of love and I send them back into the light with blessings.
And so it is.  Amen!

I learned the first two lines from Sage Goddess, (here)  a gift that was included with a crystal I bought from her, and the rest I added my own words.
